隱私權政策 Privacy Policy

誠立方資訊有限公司（SINCERE CUBE INFORMATION CO., LTD.，以下稱「本公司」）非常重視您的隱私。本隱私權政策說明本公司所開發、透過 Meta Threads API 運作之應用程式（以下稱「本應用程式」）如何蒐集、使用及保護您的資料。

一、我們蒐集的資料

在您透過 Meta 官方授權流程同意後，本應用程式僅會於您主動使用功能時，透過 Threads API 存取下列資料：您的 Threads 用戶名稱與用戶編號、您授權範圍內的貼文與回覆內容、依您輸入之關鍵字所搜尋到的公開貼文內容。

二、資料使用目的

上述資料僅用於：顯示與您搜尋主題相關的貼文、協助您撰寫回覆草稿，以及在您逐則親自確認後，以您的帳號發布回覆。本應用程式不會在未經您逐次確認的情況下自動發布任何內容。

三、資料儲存方式

您的存取權杖（access token）與設定僅儲存於您本人的裝置上，本公司不會將任何平台資料上傳或儲存於本公司之伺服器或資料庫。

四、第三方服務

為提供留言草稿建議功能，本應用程式可能將貼文之文字內容傳送至 Anthropic 之 API 以產生文字建議；傳送內容不包含您的帳號密碼或存取權杖。本公司不會出售、出租或與任何第三方分享您的個人資料。

五、資料刪除

您可隨時透過下列任一方式刪除您的資料：

1. 刪除您裝置上的應用程式設定檔，即可移除所有本機儲存之資料與權杖。

2. 於 Threads 應用程式之「設定 → 帳號 → 網站權限」中撤銷對本應用程式的授權。

3. 來信 dondau2design@gmail.com，本公司將於 30 日內協助刪除與您相關之資料。

Privacy Policy (English Summary)

Effective date: June 12, 2026. This application, operated by SINCERE CUBE INFORMATION CO., LTD., uses the official Meta Threads API. With the user's explicit OAuth authorization, it accesses the user's Threads username/ID, authorized posts and replies, and public posts matching keywords the user searches. Data is used solely to display relevant posts and help the user compose replies, each of which is manually reviewed and confirmed by the user before publishing — no automated or bulk posting.

Access tokens and settings are stored only on the user's own device; we do not store platform data on our servers. Post text may be sent to the Anthropic API solely to generate reply suggestions. We never sell or share personal data with third parties.

Data deletion: users may delete the local configuration file, revoke the app's access in Threads Settings → Account → Website permissions, or email dondau2design@gmail.com to request deletion within 30 days.
